Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by ANCHOR Inclusion®. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
Registered in England and Wales.
Company number: 17322790
ICO registration: ZC037104
Registered office: 60 Tottenham Court Road, Office 1408, London, W1T 2EW
Email: info@anchorinclusion.co.uk
By engaging with our services, whether directly, through a school or via a referral, you agree to these terms. If you book for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to bind that person or organisation to these terms.
The contracting party is the individual, school or organisation that makes the booking or enters into a service agreement with ANCHOR Inclusion®. This party is responsible for payment and for ensuring that relevant participants understand these terms.
2. Services Provided
ANCHOR Inclusion® provides:
- Early-help support for children, young people and families
- Training and consultation for schools and education professionals
- Guidance and coaching for parents and carers
- Development of inclusive and trauma-informed approaches
- Bespoke programmes and resources as agreed
Services may be delivered in person, online or through written guidance, training materials or recorded resources. The format will be confirmed at booking. If a separate written agreement, service-level agreement or contract is in place, that agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
3. Nature of Services
Our services are educational, developmental and supportive. We work collaboratively with individuals, families and professionals to build understanding, capacity and practical strategies.
They are not a substitute for medical, clinical, therapeutic or statutory services. Where additional or specialist support may be in a child’s or family’s best interests, we will say so and, where appropriate, help with signposting. If you are unsure whether a service is suitable, please contact us before booking.
4. Bookings and Payment
Confirming a booking
Bookings must be confirmed in advance. A booking is confirmed when ANCHOR Inclusion® issues written confirmation. A verbal agreement is not a confirmed booking.
Fees
Fees will be agreed in writing before delivery. No unagreed charges will be applied. We may review our fee structure periodically; changes will not apply to confirmed bookings.
Payment terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoiced services are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Funded or school-commissioned payment terms will be set out in the applicable agreement or purchase order. The ANCHOR Practitioner Certification is paid in full through PayPal after eligibility approval and is governed by the specific terms in Section 22.
Late payment
If a business client’s payment is overdue, we may suspend further service delivery and claim statutory interest where the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applies. We will first seek to resolve payment issues informally. Consumer purchasers are not charged business late-payment interest under this clause.
5. Parent Membership Subscriptions
The planned introductory offer is three months of parent membership for £5.99. Standard parent membership is planned from January 2027 at £18.99 per month or £149.99 per year. The current form is a waiting list only and does not create an account, reserve a place or take payment. Before payment is enabled, checkout will show the offer period, total price, membership start and end dates, any renewal date and the price that would apply. Any renewal or move to standard pricing requires the member’s agreement. Join the priority list and we confirm places in enrolment order.
Membership access may pause or end after an unsuccessful payment, without removing access for any fully paid billing period. Following cancellation, access continues until the end of that paid period. Practitioner appointments are separate from membership and are paid directly to the chosen independent practitioner through the booking feature.
These proposed subscription terms require legal review before payment is enabled. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation by the client
Please give as much notice as possible. The certification-specific provisions in Section 22 take precedence for ANCHOR Practitioner Certification purchases. For other services, unless different terms are confirmed for a training event, group programme or bespoke commission:
- More than 5 working days’ notice: no charge
- 2 to 5 working days’ notice: up to 50% of the agreed fee may be charged
- Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance: up to 100% of the agreed fee may be charged
Any cancellation charge will not exceed the work completed and reasonable, unavoidable loss caused by the cancellation. We will take reasonable steps to reduce that loss and will credit any amount recovered by filling the cancelled place.
Cancellation by ANCHOR Inclusion®
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as agreed. If we cancel or reschedule, we will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date at no additional cost. If no alternative can be agreed, prepaid fees will be refunded in full.
Rescheduling
We will accommodate requests where possible, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.
7. Third-Party Referrals and Commissioned Services
Where a school, organisation or professional refers or commissions services for a family or individual:
- The referring or commissioning party must ensure that appropriate consent has been obtained before referral.
- The commissioning party is responsible for agreed fees unless stated otherwise in writing.
- ANCHOR Inclusion® will treat the child or family as the end beneficiary, and their wellbeing will remain the primary consideration.
If a referred family later engages directly with us, payment and consent responsibilities will be clarified in writing before services begin.
8. Consent and Children’s Involvement
ANCHOR services support children from pre-school age to 12. Appropriate consent must be in place before services involving a child.
- Consent from a parent or person with parental responsibility is required.
- Children are informed and involved in line with their age, capacity and best interests.
- Where a school commissions the service, it must ensure parental consent has been obtained under its procedures unless agreed otherwise.
We will not work directly with a child without reasonable assurance that appropriate consent is in place. If consent is unclear or disputed, engagement will pause until it is resolved.
9. Confidentiality
We respect confidentiality in professional interactions. Information is treated with discretion and used only for its stated purpose. Confidentiality may be overridden where there are safeguarding concerns, disclosure is required by law or court order, or sharing is necessary to prevent serious harm.
Where possible, we will tell the relevant party before making a disclosure unless doing so could place someone at risk. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
10. Safeguarding
ANCHOR Inclusion® works in line with UK safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance and best practice, including Working Together to Safeguard Children and the Children Acts 1989 and 2004. If concerns arise, appropriate procedures will be followed without delay, which may include referral to children’s services or another relevant agency. All staff and associates must uphold safeguarding responsibilities. Our safeguarding lead is S Asha, Early Help Practitioner.
11. Online and Remote Delivery
- Clients are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and private setting.
- A session unable to proceed because of a client-side technical failure will be treated as missed under Section 5.
- If a session cannot proceed because of our technical failure, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
- ANCHOR practitioner learning, supervision, observations and family sessions are not recorded.
- Participants should use a confidential setting appropriate to the session.
12. Information Accuracy
Clients should share information that is accurate, relevant and reasonably complete. We recognise that sensitive information can be difficult to share and will approach it without judgement. Where undisclosed key information limits the quality or suitability of support, ANCHOR Inclusion® cannot be responsible for resulting limitations in the service.
13. Professional Boundaries and Scope
The scope of a service will be agreed at booking or in a service agreement. Services do not include:
- Ongoing crisis support or emergency intervention
- Clinical assessment, diagnosis or therapeutic treatment
- Acting as a statutory service or fulfilling another organisation’s statutory duties
If a matter falls outside our scope, we will be transparent and, where appropriate, signpost to other support.
14. Intellectual Property
Training content, resources, frameworks, templates and bespoke materials provided by ANCHOR Inclusion® remain the intellectual property of ANCHOR Inclusion® / Early Help Support CIC unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Materials may be used only for their intended personal or organisational purpose. They may not be:
- Reproduced, copied or adapted without prior written permission
- Used beyond the purchasing organisation, although internal use is permitted unless agreed otherwise
- Distributed externally beyond the agreed scope
- Used commercially or presented as another person’s work
Ownership of bespoke materials will be stated in the relevant service agreement.
15. Testimonials and Case Studies
We may share feedback, testimonials or anonymised case examples only with explicit consent and where information concerning children or families is fully anonymised and cannot be traced to an individual. Any request to provide a testimonial or case study is voluntary and will not affect the service received.
16. Force Majeure
We will not be in breach where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent or delay delivery, including illness or incapacity, extreme weather or travel disruption, platform failure, public-health emergencies or government restrictions.
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and try to reschedule. Where this is not possible, a proportionate refund will be offered.
17. Liability
ANCHOR Inclusion® will provide services with reasonable skill and care. Outcomes vary according to individual circumstances and are not guaranteed. Participants remain responsible for professional decisions, safeguarding duties and working within their competence.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. A consumer may recover losses that were reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. We are not responsible for business losses suffered by a person purchasing wholly or mainly as a consumer.
For business clients only, and subject to the exclusions above, our total aggregate liability relating to a particular service is limited to the fees paid for that service. We are not liable to business clients for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill.
18. Dispute Resolution
Please contact us first with any concern so we can try to resolve it promptly and informally. If informal resolution is not possible, either party may propose mediation before formal proceedings. Participation in mediation requires both parties’ agreement and does not restrict a consumer’s statutory rights or access to the courts.
19. Data Protection
We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Where a service involves personal data, the Privacy Policy and any relevant data-sharing agreement apply. Information concerning children will be handled with particular care in line with the ICO’s Children’s Code.
20. Changes to Services or Terms
Updated terms apply to future bookings from their stated effective date. For an existing contract, we may make a minor administrative, technical, accessibility, safety or legal change where it does not materially reduce the agreed service or disadvantage the client. A material change requires the client’s agreement or an appropriate right to cancel and receive a refund for the undelivered affected part.
Any individually agreed variation must be recorded in writing. These terms and any written service agreement form the entire agreement on their subject matter and supersede earlier discussions or representations, without excluding liability for fraud or any statement that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, although a consumer living elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where they live and retains any mandatory legal protections that apply there.

23. Practitioner Certification Terms and Conditions: school and independent routes
Course duration, completion and access
These learning, assessment, completion and extension conditions apply equally to school-funded and independently funded certification learners. The normal course duration is 12 weeks. All certification requirements must be completed within 12 months of the course start date, except where an approved serious-circumstances extension applies. Completing the requirements is necessary before certification can be awarded. An awarded certificate is distinct from active register membership.
A reduced-fee or fully funded place carries the same learning and assessment requirements. Before payment, the written offer confirms the 12-week duration, expected weekly commitment, live-attendance requirement, access arrangements and the party responsible for payment. The detailed teaching timetable, submission deadlines and results date are provided after enrolment and successful payment.
Extensions and exceptional circumstances
Ordinary extension requests may be submitted from two working days before the deadline up to the deadline. Short-term illness requests for a 14-working-day extension may be submitted between two working days before and two working days after the original deadline. Serious-circumstances requests may be submitted up to 14 calendar days after the deadline; following approval and evidence review, a revised deadline may be set within nine months of approval, including beyond the ordinary 12-month limit where expressly approved.
Working days mean Monday to Friday excluding English bank holidays; deadlines use UK local time. Proportionate alternative evidence may be accepted where medical evidence is unreasonable, delayed or inaccessible. See the extension procedure for decisions, appeals, evidence privacy and any reviewed late-assessment charge.
The 2027 programme has been revised. The following commercial terms remain subject to legal review before purchases open; they do not change existing signed agreements. Join the priority list and we confirm places in enrolment order.
Certification is £600 over 12 weeks, payable upfront or in two £300 instalments. The optional ANCHOR-provided supervised register route costs £550, or £450 for school-funded graduates in two monthly £225 PayPal instalments. This supervision fee applies during the trainee route, not as an annual renewal charge. The ANCHOR-supervised route requires six one-hour observations across six different families, one session per family, with consent and no recording. Schools and SENCOs do not mark or sign off the certification assessment; all registration requirements still apply. Full register membership is free for the first year after activation, then £399 annually, with 10% commission on ANCHOR bookings.
See course requirements, register and trainee conditions, fees and extensions and exceptional circumstances. Payment, insurance, refund and independent-provider contracts must be approved before transactions are enabled. Join the priority list and we confirm places in enrolment order.
Cancellation rights
Applicable statutory rights, including the existing 14-day cancellation provisions, are preserved. Individual online purchasers may notify cancellation at info@anchorinclusion.co.uk. No course purchase is currently enabled here. The final offer will explain when digital access begins and any express request needed for services to start during a cancellation period. Join the priority list and we confirm places in enrolment order.
Scope, titles and intellectual property
Registered ANCHOR Practitioner is a separate ANCHOR Inclusion professional title that may be used only after every required registration check and suitability decision has been passed and ANCHOR has confirmed activation. ANCHOR Lead Practitioner is also a separate approved title. Certification is not public-register approval, and none of these awards or titles is a regulated qualification or clinical registration.
Awarded ANCHOR Practitioner Certification is provider-issued professional development, not a public professional title or regulated qualification. Before register activation, a graduate may say that they completed ANCHOR Practitioner training or were awarded ANCHOR Practitioner Certification, but must not call themselves an ANCHOR Practitioner, Certified ANCHOR Practitioner or Registered ANCHOR Practitioner, or display a public ANCHOR practitioner badge. Only an approved person with active register status may use the title Registered ANCHOR Practitioner. Certification does not authorise diagnosis, therapy, teaching or licensing ANCHOR materials. Resources are supplied privately for authorised use. All listing requires the relevant approval, current checks, scope agreement and operational insurance.
24. Route-specific certification and registration terms
Legal review required before launch. These route descriptions are proposed public summaries and do not replace the final contract issued to a school, fostering service, practitioner or activity provider.
Foundation ANCHOR Core Certificate
The two-hour Foundations module is an optional introductory school module. It is not a prerequisite for the full programme and is not weighted towards the final assessed outcome. Completion may lead to the Foundation ANCHOR Core Certificate only; it does not award ANCHOR Practitioner Certification or registration.
ANCHOR Practitioner Certification
Titles are protected: see Professional standards.
Competency evidence and supervision
Suitable school staff may submit SENCO competency evidence. Foster carers may submit evidence from an appropriate supervising agency. Evidence remains subject to ANCHOR review. An applicant without qualifying experience or accepted workplace evidence may apply for the £550 ANCHOR-supervised route. It includes six supervised one-hour sessions across six families. Each family is charged the £35 trainee hourly fee. Required checks, references, safeguards and approved insurance still apply.
Registered status
Registration requires a separate application, suitability decision and the required evidence. Registered practitioners must maintain annual membership, attend mandatory continuing professional development and keep all required documents current. Certification or payment does not guarantee registration, bookings or income.
Activity-provider organisation award
After the participating team completes the six-hour organisation route, the approved club or provider may receive ANCHOR Inclusive Children’s Activity Provider certification for three years. The award belongs to the organisation, not individual staff, and does not confer practitioner registration. The required training must be completed again after expiry before a new certification period can be awarded.
