SERVICE INFORMATION

Complaints and concerns

Service overview

Email info@anchorinclusion.co.uk with a brief service concern and reference. Do not send sensitive child details in the first email. Ordinary enquiries receive a response within one to two working days.

Participation

Serious safety or integrity concerns may lead to immediate precautionary suspension. A designated panel considers the evidence, with written allegations, an opportunity to respond and a reasoned outcome. An appeal is reviewed independently of the original decision.

Responsibilities

Lower-level concerns may lead to improvement actions or warnings; serious or repeated concerns may lead to suspension or removal from the ANCHOR Practitioner Register. Public verification will show current active, suspended or inactive status without publishing allegations or annual removal lists.

Further information

If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. Safeguarding referrals must not wait for an ordinary customer-service response.
