Learning from experience, reviewing progress
Encouraging parent-workshop feedback informs our commitment to practical, responsive support. For family bookings, our review approach will bring together parent feedback at the start and end of a block to understand experiences and changes over time. This complements the evidence gathered for each programme; workshop feedback is distinct from evaluation of certification and register practice.
Together, we agree what useful progress looks like: staff participation, learning completion, implementation, family experience and children’s perspectives. Reports will explain the response base and consider other influences on progress. Before-and-after feedback without a comparison group describes reported change, rather than establishing that ANCHOR caused it. Any research publication follows a separate consent and governance process.
Safeguarding and delivery conditions
The register requires training, observed practice, competency assessment, checks, insurance and continuing supervision. Trainees require a responsible second adult throughout.
Payment arrangements, insurance cover and secure data handling must be operational before live family bookings. Supported entry for young adults is developed with appropriate partners, without promising employment or income.
