Staff log what they saw and what they did in seconds, from the classroom, the playground, the dinner hall or the club. The school sees where support is consistent, where it lapses, and what actually helps each child.
What the app does for your school
- Logging that takes seconds, by every adult in the school day, so what happens at lunch and on the field is captured alongside the classroom.
- A record of what was planned for a pupil and whether it was delivered, so the school can show provision was made, not just promised.
- A per-pupil provision map an inspector case-sampling a child can read in one screen.
- A draft SEN support plan or EHCP evidence summary generated from what the school has already logged, with existing plans uploaded alongside.
- A separate medical and healthcare plan register, ready for census, trips and emergencies.
- Termly planning: last term's evidence turned into next term's staffing and preparation decisions.

What the app does not do
It does not label children. It does not make decisions for staff. It does not report on individual adults; staff data is aggregate only. It supports the professional judgement of the adult in front of the child.
How it fits with training
The app serves the practitioner. It arrives after Foundations, once every adult shares the same approach, so the evidence it produces reflects a school that is already working consistently. Training first, tool second, evidence third.
Alignment
The app helps schools evidence the graduated approach in the SEND Code of Practice, the anticipatory duty under the Equality Act 2010 and the inclusion focus of the Ofsted framework. ANCHOR maps to these; your school meets them.
Timeline
The app arrives with founding schools in January 2027. Twelve months of access is included with full school training. MIS integration arrives in 2028.
